Seamless coordination among security, technology, and facilities staff at U.S. diplomatic posts. This bill would push the State Department to align Regional Security Officers, Diplomatic Technology Officers, Regional Security Engineering Officers, and Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations staff during the design, construction, and operations of overseas facilities and to support joint counterintelligence training and briefings to reduce siloed practices.
