Showerhead makers face 2020 rule again

This bill would repeal the Energy Department’s 2021 showerhead rule and bring back its 2020 rule. The 2020 definition would again decide what counts as a showerhead for acceptable water pressure. Manufacturers, importers, retailers, and installers would need to use the 2020 definition to judge which models are compliant. If passed, this could change which models can be sold or labeled as compliant, and could affect product choices for consumers. It would take effect upon enactment.
