Summary
Extends the EPA's authorization for PFAS research and development through fiscal year 2030. The bill would amend section 7362(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (codified at 15 U.S.C. 8962(b)) by striking "2024" and inserting "2030", keeping the existing EPA PFAS research program in place without changing program authorities or funding levels.
