Summary
Requires grantees to publish a public, searchable database of undeveloped land they own. The bill would add a mandatory item to Section 104(b) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 that directs Community Development Block Grant grantees to maintain on a publicly accessible website a searchable list identifying every parcel of undeveloped land the grantee owns, effective October 1, 2026, and it provides no new funding, enforcement mechanisms, or penalties.
