Ticket to Work Advertisement Act

Summary
Requires mandatory, semiannual outreach to every disabled Social Security beneficiary about the Ticket to Work program. This bill would make the Social Security Commissioner send information on how to participate in Ticket to Work to each disabled beneficiary within one year of enactment and then every six months thereafter.

Ticket to Work notices for beneficiaries
If enacted, this bill would require the Social Security Commissioner to send information about how to participate in the Ticket to Work Program to each disabled Social Security beneficiary. The first notice would have to be sent within 1 year after enactment. After that, the Commissioner would have to send notices every 6 months. The bill would only require sharing information and would not require beneficiaries to join the program.
