Limit loud ads on streaming video

This bill would require the FCC to write a rule within 18 months. The rule would make loud commercial ads on internet-delivered video follow the same limits as broadcast, cable, and other multichannel video services. "Video programming" would mean programming like a television broadcast. It would not include consumer-generated videos. If enacted, streaming services and advertisers would need to comply and viewers would likely hear fewer jarring ads.
