A ban on DHS-funded television ads for ICE. This bill would prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from obligating or expending any Department of Homeland Security funds to produce, purchase, distribute, or broadcast television advertisements intended to promote U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or any ICE program, recruit ICE personnel, or enhance ICE's public image. The prohibition covers television advertising and does not authorize any exceptions or alternative media campaigns in the bill text.
