Make Trump contribution program permanent

If enacted, this would remove the "pilot" label and the program's scheduled end, making the Trump Accounts Contribution Program permanent. It would strike the clause that limited the program to before January 1, 2029 and remove the word "pilot" in related tax-code headings. The change would apply to taxable years beginning after Dec. 31, 2025. Participants would be able to keep using the program for tax years after 2025.

Allow digital-asset index investments

If enacted, this would add "an index comprised of digital assets" to the list of investments allowed in Trump accounts. Plan sponsors and account holders would be able to choose digital-asset index products for those accounts. The change would apply only to investments made after the Act's enactment date.
