Exempts emissions from nonroad engines and nonroad vehicles used for agricultural purposes from Section 213 air standards. This bill would amend the Clean Air Act by adding a new subsection (e) to 42 U.S.C. 7547 that removes Section 213's applicability for nonroad engines and nonroad vehicles used for agricultural purposes.
