Summary
Blocks federal COVID-19 vaccine and testing mandates. This bill would void two executive orders and bar federal agencies from imposing vaccine or testing requirements on contractors, federal employees, employers, and Medicare or Medicaid providers.

- Federal contractors and federal employees would no longer be subject to the vaccine requirements set by Executive Order 14042 and Executive Order 14043.
- Employers and workers would be protected from a Labor Department rule that requires employers to mandate COVID-19 vaccination or to require testing of unvaccinated employees.
- Health care providers that participate in Medicare or Medicaid would not be required by the Department of Health and Human Services to mandate employee vaccination or testing, and they could not be penalized for not doing so.

If enacted, the bill would nullify two executive orders that required COVID-19 safety protocols and vaccination for federal employees and contractors.
