Summary
Designates shark attacks as events eligible for Wireless Emergency Alerts. The Federal Communications Commission must issue an order within 180 days to allow authorized government authorities to send Alert Messages to mobile phones about shark attacks under the Wireless Emergency Alert system.

The bill would require the FCC to issue an order within 180 days of enactment. That order would let shark attacks trigger Wireless Emergency Alerts to phones.
