Extends reauthorization of the National Estuary Program through 2031. This bill would amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act by striking "2026" and inserting "2031" in Section 320(i)(1) (33 U.S.C. 1330(i)(1)), thereby lengthening the statutory reauthorization timeline for the National Estuary Program to 2031.
