Intelligence Community Property Security Act of 2025

Summary
Would make unauthorized entry onto Intelligence Community property a federal crime. It would add a new section to the National Security Act that makes it unlawful, within the United States, to access property under the jurisdiction of an intelligence community element if that property is clearly marked as closed or restricted. Penalties rise with repeat violations. A first offense is punishable by a fine under Title 18 or up to 180 days in prison or both. A second offense carries a fine or up to 3 years in prison. A third or later offense carries a fine or up to 10 years in prison.
