Restore old Medicaid cost rules

If enacted, this bill would repeal a recent change to Medicaid cost-sharing and treat title XIX as if that change never happened. It would return the old rules about out-of-pocket costs for Medicaid enrollees. The bill would also rescind the money that was appropriated under the repealed section. These changes would take effect upon enactment.

Restore orphan drug rules for Medicare
