Prosthetic and Rehabilitative Items and Services Formulary. This bill would require the VA Secretary to create a national formulary listing prosthetic and rehabilitative items and services the Department can furnish, publish it online, and explain how veterans can appeal coverage decisions.

  • VA operations and suppliers: Directs the Secretary to use evidence and public input when building the formulary, to make listed items available at or through all VA facilities, and to enter contracts as needed to support availability.
