Full family leave when spouses share employer
If enacted, you would be able to use the full 12 weeks of FMLA leave. This applies even when both you and your spouse work for the same employer. The bill would repeal the FMLA rule that limited spousal leave. You must still meet FMLA rules on employer size, job tenure, and hours worked to qualify. The change would take effect upon enactment.
