Increased regular public transparency and accountability for the Federal Reserve. This bill would require a faster, predictable cadence of public communications and set recurring reviews of the Fed's monetary policy framework and financial resilience.

- Markets and households would get clearer, more frequent Fed signals. The Fed would be required to communicate publicly once every 8 weeks or more often, hold a press conference on each meeting day, and release meeting minutes within 21 days.
- Policymakers and analysts would get a public review of the monetary policy framework every 5 years. The Board would examine strategy, tools, and communications during each review.
- Banks, investors, and the public would receive a Financial Stability Report every 180 days that summarizes the framework for assessing resilience and presents the Board's current assessment.
