Summary
Ban on living political figures on national park passes. This bill would bar any living current or former elected official or other living political figure from appearing on the America the Beautiful — the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass. It would amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act by adding that image restriction to the provision that governs the annual pass program and gives the measure the short title Prohibit Partisan Park Passes Act.
