No special airport lines for Congress
If enacted, TSA would not be able to give Members of Congress faster or special airport screening. Members would follow the same passenger and bag checks as everyone else. TSA would still be able to run public risk‑based programs like Global Entry and TSA PreCheck. Members could join those programs on the same terms as the public. TSA would update its rules and send Congress a report within 180 days of enactment.
