More drinking water grants for Upper Colorado tribes

If enacted, this bill would authorize $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 and 2028 to carry out the Indian Reservation Drinking Water Program. Eligible Indian Tribes and other qualifying entities would be able to apply for grants under the program.
