Springfield is authorized to put local money into the Aid to the Elderly and Disabled Taxation Fund under G.L. c.60, §3D. The fund provides property-tax relief for eligible elderly and disabled Springfield homeowners. The law does not set an amount or require funding. It takes effect upon passage.
