Funds North Dakota workers' comp agency

Beginning July 1, 2025, North Dakota provides $65,954,976 from the Workforce Safety and Insurance Fund. The money pays for the state workers' compensation agency's operations through June 30, 2027. The law also authorizes 260.14 full-time jobs to run the program. Funds come from the agency's special fund in the state treasury.
