Faster business filings for a fee

Beginning July 1, 2026, the Wyoming Secretary of State can charge a fee to speed up certain filings. The fee can be up to $5,000 per filing. It applies only if you ask for expedited service and the document is filed under Titles 17, 34, or 40, Chapters 1 or 2. The office sets the exact fee and how to request it by rule. Faster processing does not change who has priority based on filing time.
