Starting July 1, 2026, Wyoming school districts must let resident, school-age children join activities even if not enrolled full time in that district. The child cannot be under suspension or expulsion by any Wyoming school district. This covers any cocurricular or extracurricular programs the district offers, including Wyoming High School Activities Association sports. The rule applies beginning with the 2026-2027 school year and each year after.
