The state transfers a 28.94-acre surface parcel in Fremont County from the Department of Health to Transportation. Existing easements, setbacks, and other rights stay in place. WYDOT pays for any survey, title insurance, and closing. No purchase price is paid to the Health Department.
The state authorizes sale of a 90.87-acre surface parcel in Fremont County held for the State Training School. Buyers can use the land only for residential housing. Sales may occur in one or more pieces and must follow Title 36, Chapter 9. Existing easements, setbacks, and other rights stay in place. Buyers pay any survey, title insurance, and closing costs, and the deed includes liquidated damages if the housing-use rule is broken.

SF 81 — AN ACT relating to K-12 public school finance; implementing the 2025 cost of education study as modified by the legislature; modifying the education resource block grant model; modifying cash reserves; restricting expenditure of funds distributed through the school foundation program account; creating a new grant program for the post secondary education enrollment options program; making conforming amendments; requiring rulemaking; repealing provisions; providing an appropriation; and providing for effective dates.
