Cash bonus for Wyoming Guard reenlistment

Beginning July 1, 2026, eligible Wyoming National Guard members can get a one-time bonus up to $5,000 to reenlist or extend service. To qualify, you must meet Guard eligibility, sign for at least 3 years, and meet any added department rules. Payments are made only if funds are available. The state funds the program with $1 million through June 30, 2028; unused money reverts then. The Military Department sets rules and reports each November 1 starting in 2026.
