People who ask the Army Review Boards Agency, the Department of the Air Force Review Boards Agency, or the Board for Correction of Naval Records for a correction must be given copies of any letters or messages the board or its staff send to or get from people or groups outside the board that directly affect their case. This does not apply to classified information; stuff the law or rules forbid sharing; records you already have; purely administrative messages; or military records the service already gives or might give you.
