Title 10, §278

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the authority of the executive branch in the use of military personnel or equipment for civilian law enforcement purposes beyond that provided by law before December 1, 1981.

2016—Pub. L. 114–328 renumbered section 378 of this title as this section. 1988—Pub. L. 100–456 reenacted section without change. 1984—Pub. L. 98–525 substituted “before December 1, 1981” for “prior to the enactment of this chapter”.
