Pilot charts made by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency must show a clear notice saying the charts were created using data from the NGA and the Department of Commerce and were published by the NGA under the Secretary of Defense’s authority. The Secretary of Commerce must quickly give the NGA any meteorological (weather) information the Secretary receives that is needed for and of the kind used to make those pilot charts.
