Defense contractors must give certain contact information to an eligible group that has a cooperative agreement with the Secretary of Defense, if that group asks. The contractor must provide a list of each employee who handles making subcontracts for the contractor’s work, and for each person give their business address, phone number, and what part of the work they are responsible for. A contractor does not have to provide the same information to the same eligible group more than once a year. A "defense contractor" means someone who got a Department of Defense contract during that year worth more than $1,000,000.
