The leader must coordinate with the Richland Operations Office manager. The Secretary must give the Office the staff and resources it needs. The Assistant Secretary must send written notice to the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives about any changes to the Office’s roles, responsibilities, or reporting lines.
