Even if section 1349 of title 28 or any other law says otherwise, the Corporation is treated as a federal agency under sections 1345 and 1442. All civil cases with the Corporation are federal cases in U.S. district courts and, when applicable, follow federal common law. The Corporation can move state cases to the proper federal district court before trial without posting a bond. No seizure or forced sale of the Corporation or its property is allowed before a final judgment.
