Title 12 › Chapter CHAPTER 38— - MULTIFAMILY MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE › § 3714
Requires the foreclosure commissioner to put certain facts into the deed given to the buyer or into a signed affidavit or add-on to that deed. Those facts must say the mortgage was held by the Secretary; explain how notice of default and the sale was given under sections 3708 and 3710; say the sale followed the chapter and the notice; list the exact foreclosure costs calculated under section 3711; and name who won the bidding and how much they bid. The deed, affidavit, and any other papers about the foreclosure must be accepted for recording by the county registrar of deeds or a similar official once the normal recording fees are paid.
