Title 12 › Chapter CHAPTER 46— - GOVERNMENT SPONSORED ENTERPRISES › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER III— - ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS › § 4634
You may ask the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit to review a final Director’s order by filing a petition within 30 days of service. The court clerk sends a copy to the Director, who must file the record under section 2112 of title 28. Once the record is filed the court’s review is exclusive (except as in section 4633(b)(2)), is under chapter 7 of title 5, may change or cancel the order and order penalties, and filing does not stay it unless the court orders a stay.
