Starting March 30, 2026, and every year after, the Commandant must send a written notice to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. The notice must say if the Uniform Code of Military Justice was changed to add or remove any sex-related offense, and if the Manual for Courts‑Martial was changed to add or remove sex-related offenses that match the covered misconduct listed in paragraphs (1) through (7) of the referenced section.
