Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 4— - CHINA TRADE › § 146
A corporation formed under the China Trade Act may continue to exist as a legal entity, have a corporate seal (and change it with the Secretary’s approval), and sue or be sued. It can do the business its articles allow and related activities, make contracts and take on debts, buy, hold, and sell property needed for its purposes, borrow money and issue notes or bonds secured by its property, and open branch offices in China.
