1952—Act July 16, 1952, provided for clerical assistants instead of a disbursing clerk.

Disbursement Clerk Section, act Feb. 14, 1903, ch. 552, § 2, 32 Stat. 826, provided for a disbursing clerk in the Department of Commerce.
