Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 40— - DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE › § 1526
All payments for work under this Act must go into one or more separate accounts. Those accounts can pay the work’s costs, repay or advance funds that first covered those costs, or refund extra money. If the Commerce Department has an available working capital fund, money may be put there and used under that fund’s rules. Laws that give money to the Commerce Department can set yearly spending limits on these accounts.
