The Federal Trade Commission can enforce these rules the same way it enforces unfair or deceptive business practices. If someone breaks these rules, the FTC can use the same powers, penalties, and legal protections it has under the Federal Trade Commission Act. The FTC also keeps any other authority it has under other laws.
