The Secretary of the Interior must keep that map on file at the National Park Service. The Secretary may, only if the owner agrees, get land by gift, purchase (using donated or appropriated funds), or trade: up to 800 acres inside that added area for campgrounds and other recreation, and up to 1 acre near Wilkeson, Washington, for a visitor facility serving the Carbon and Mowich corridors. Any land added this way becomes part of the park and will be managed by the Secretary under the applicable laws and rules.
