The Secretary must send Congress a report every year that includes the results of research done under section 1414a; the status and trends of tuna stocks; and the work to assess and cut bycatch of juvenile yellowfin tuna and other nontarget species. The report must also describe and evaluate the International Dolphin Conservation Program and U.S. support (including protection of eastern tropical Pacific dolphins), list actions taken under sections 1371(a)(2)(B) and 1371(d), include relevant Inter‑American Tropical Tuna Commission resolutions and any Secretary regulations under this subchapter, and add any other information the Secretary thinks is relevant.
