Parcel A starts at the southeast corner of Section 31, Township 4 North, Range 75 West, Sixth Principal Meridian. From there it goes north 800.0 feet along the east line, west 1,000.0 feet, south 134.06 feet, west 329.75 feet, south 166.94 feet, west 1,078.60 feet, then south 497.82 feet (more or less) to the south line, and east back to the start; it contains 35 acres, more or less. Parcel C begins on the west line of Section 32, T4N R75W, 800 feet north of the southwest corner; it runs east 660.0 feet, north 520.0 feet, east 660.0 feet, north 1,325.94 feet, then west to the west line and south to the start; it contains 48 acres, more or less. Parcel D begins 800.0 feet north and 660.0 feet east of the southwest corner of Section 32; it is a rectangle 1,962.18 feet by 520.0 feet and contains 23.5 acres, more or less. The combined A and B tract starts at the common corner of Sections 31 and 32 (T4N R75W) and Sections 5 and 6 (T3N R75W), runs along lines and distances including south 88°55′ east 660.0 feet, north 800.0 feet, west 660.0 feet (more or less), then follows the same west and south courses listed for Parcel A and ends with south 89°24′ east 2,389.47 feet on the south line of Section 31; it contains approximately 47 acres.
