Sets aside a piece of land in Montana and Wyoming near the headwaters of the Yellowstone River. The boundary starts where Gardiner’s River meets the Yellowstone River, goes east to the meridian 10 miles east of the most eastern point of Yellowstone Lake, south to the latitude 10 miles south of the most southern point of Yellowstone Lake, west to the meridian 15 miles west of the most western point of Madison Lake, then north to the latitude of the Gardiner–Yellowstone junction and back east to the start. That land is taken out of settlement, occupancy, and sale under U.S. law and set aside as a public park for the people’s use and enjoyment. Anyone who settles on or occupies the land, except as allowed by section 22, is a trespasser and will be removed.
