If federal land inside Canyonlands National Park was legally used or occupied for grazing on the date this Act (or any amendment) was approved, under a fixed-term lease, permit, or license from a U.S. agency, the Secretary of the Interior must let the grazing holders continue for the rest of that term. They may also continue for one renewal period afterward.
