§284a — Title 16 Conservation | U.S. Code

Summary

The Secretary of the Interior must manage Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts under the existing park management rules and the Act of August 25, 1916 (39 Stat. 535; 16 U.S.C. 1–4), as amended. Laws, rules, or regulations that apply only to places officially called “National Park” do not apply to Wolf Trap.

The Secretary of the Interior shall administer the park in accordance with the provisions of section 284 of this title and the Act of August 25, 1916 (39 Stat. 535; 16 U.S.C. 1–4),11 See References in Text note below. as amended and supplemented, except that laws, rules, or regulations that are applicable solely to units of the National Park System that are designated as a “National Park” shall not apply to Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts.
