§3912 — Title 16 Conservation | U.S. Code

Summary

All import duties collected on arms and ammunition listed in chapter 93 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule must be paid into the Migratory Bird Conservation Fund. These payments, equal to the full amount of those duties, start with the first fiscal quarter after November 10, 1986, and must be made every quarter, even if other laws say otherwise.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an amount equal to the amount of all import duties collected on arms and ammunition, as specified in chapter 93 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, shall, beginning with the next fiscal year quarter after November 10, 1986, be paid quarterly into the migratory bird conservation fund 11 So in original.
