Summary

Apply the rules in section 460ww–1(e)(1) to the New River Gorge National River the same way and to the same degree they apply to the Gauley River National Recreation Area. Apply the second sentence of section 460ww–2(a) to land partly inside the New River Gorge National River the same way and to the same degree it applies to land partly inside the Gauley River National Recreation Area.
