Provides $50,000 from the Treasury so the Secretary of the Interior can begin work under that law. It pays for land, surveys and maps, marking boundaries, roads, staff pay, travel, supplies, and other start‑up or maintenance costs. Funds stay available until spent, and more may be provided later. The Secretary must report spending to Congress yearly.
