The Secretary of the Interior may get land inside the revised boundary by buying it, accepting donations (including donated money), or trading using federal land of about equal value that was left out under sections 430a–1 to 430a–3. Any excluded federal land the Secretary decides is not needed for trades must be handled and sold under chapters 1–11 of title 40 and division C (except sections 3302, 3307(e), 3501(b), 3509, 3906, 4710, and 4711) of subtitle I of title 41.
