Money may be provided for sections 459g–459g–7: up to $13,903,000 to buy land (no more than $1,000,000 for land from Core Banks Club Properties, Incorporated) and up to $2,935,000 to build essential public facilities. By January 1, 1978, the Secretary must send the Committees on Interior and Insular Affairs of Congress a final master plan showing needed visitor facilities for health, safety, and recreation, their locations and estimated costs, and any future facility needs.
